# The surface roughness and profile of various workpieces are measured and analyzed by using high precision grating measurement system, high precision grinding guide rail, high performance non-contact linear motor, high performance roughness measurement module, high performance computer control system technology and perfect multi-functional software.

2, Installation and training

1. Our company is responsible for the installation and commissioning of equipment on the user's site;
2. During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, the Buyer's technical personnel shall be trained in theory, practical operation and maintenance, so that the user's technical personnel can master the operation of the equipment, be skilled in using the equipment for verification, ensure the normal operation of the equipment and be able to eliminate the general faults and special maintenance of the equipment.

3, Check before acceptance

1. Acceptance standard: subject to the current national verification regulations and contract technical agreement

2. Acceptance items: check that the quantity and specification of the main machine, accessories and tools of the equipment should meet the requirements of the contract technical agreement and the equipment manual; Check whether the operation instructions and other data of the equipment are complete and meet the requirements of the technical agreement.
3. In the process of contract acceptance and contract execution, if there are any missing items and shortages that affect the performance of the equipment, such as equipment accessories, technical data, user manuals, special tools, spare parts, services and technical guidance, our company is responsible for making up the missing items and shortages free of charge.
