HCDX-10000B Magnetic Particle Testing / Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector

 

Standard magnetic particle flaw detector is applicable to detect the surface and near surface defects such as cracks and slag of small or medium-sized ferromagnetic class workpiece (such as bolt, pin shaft, shaft sleeve, gear, gear ring, crankshaft, etc.). Generally, these defects are caused by forging, quenching, grinding, and fatigue.
