General Description

HG5003 Vibration Calibrator can be used to calibrate small vibration transducers and also vibration measuring instruments and vibration monitoring systems quickly. Standard sine signals with fixed frequency 159.2Hz and fixed amplitude is generated from the calibrator.

HG5003 Vibration Calibrator combines sine signal generator, power amplifier, standard transducer and shaker in one and features a smaller volume, high accuracy and easy operation. It can be used either in laboratory or on site.

Operation

Fix M5 screw, accelerometer on the shaker table of the calibrator

Press the only switch at the calibrator to start the vibration.

Compare the reading of your vibration meter before the shaker power off after 50sec.

The LED will turn from GREEN to ORANGE when battery low. It means you need to recharge the battery for 15 hours.
