Product introduction
HUATEC HD-105 High voltage Pinhole Detector is intelligence pulsed high voltage protecting coating quality detector. It install anti-jamming intelligent chip, anti-jamming LED screen and brand new digital control circuit to make a accurately high voltage output ±(0.1KV+3% reading)
It can adjust its value of voltage according to the thickness of protecting coating.
HD-105 use lithium battery for power source, it is also can be used in field.
Battery can be replaced by customer themselves, useful for long time testing work in field.
Theory
When high voltage probe brushed pass non conductive coating, If the coating is too thin or metal has leakage or pinhole, the air gap will be punctured and produce spark discharge when pulse high voltage. At same time, detector will record leak number.
Application
The equipment design of HD-105 is advanced, stable and reliable, which can be widely used in chemical industry, oil, rubber and enamel, so it is an essential tool used to detect metal anti-corrosion coating quality.
