1.Summary

Usage and Application:

Elevator rope tension tester is mainly used in elevator wire rope tension test . To check and adjust each wire rope of elevator in the process of installation, check before acceptance and annual inspection to ensure its tension as consistent as possible, thereby prolonging the service life of the traction wheel . The tension tester can also be applied to the bridge with sling, tower wiring,overhead wire ,index wire rope and other tension test.

2.3.1 ON/OFF: Press ON/FF key to turn on or turn off .

2.3.2 MODE:turn on and then press “MODE” key to enter into setting menu, the user can enter into setting menu by “MODE” key ,also can save data when setting data by “MODE” key ; If you are in measurement interface ,press “MODE” key for 5~6 seconds to turn over the the force value on display.

2.3.3 MEMO:When you are in measurement mode,press “MEMO” key to save data. Press “MEMO” key for 5 seconds to check the saved data.When you are in “MODE” menu ,the “MEMO” is as a move function.

2.3.4 ZERO: In measuring mode , press “ZERO” key to clear data .In”MODE” menu ,the “ZERO’ key can be as return function.

3.The maintenance and warranty

3.1 Safety Cautions

3.1.1Please use the matching charger for charging, otherwise, it will cause circuit failure, or even a fire.

3.1.2Do not use the power supply beyond the rated voltage of the charger, or it may cause electric shock or fire.

3.1.3Do not plug or unplug with wet hands, or it may cause an electric shock.

3.1.4Do not pull or drag the power wire to unplug the charger plug, in order to avoid the electric shock caused by breaking the wire.

3.1.5Please use soft cloth to clean the instrument. Immerse the cloth into the water containing detergent, wring it dry and then clean up the dust and dirt.

Note: Do not use volatile chemicals to clean the instrument (such as volatile agent, thinner, alcohol, etc.)

3.2 The maintenance of the using time

3.2.1 Do not use this instrument beyond the maximum measurement range. Otherwise, it may lead to sensor damage, or even accidents.

3.2.2 When the test value exceeds the measurement range, the buzzer will ring continuously, and at this moment please remove the load quickly or reduce the load.

3.3 Maintenance during long term out of use

3.3.1Pleaseoperate and stock the instrument under the prescribedtemperature and humidity, or it may result in equipment failure.
